Led by our Physiotherapist Katie our new classes combine the power of Barre classes for Mamma’s with with baby by your side. Enjoy getting stronger, more confident with posture and pelvic floor whilst bonding with your baby.
Barre combines ballet and Pilates to help improve posture, pelvic stability, range of movement and strength. Mamma Cubs Barre and Baby classes combine all the benefits of Barre training for our Mamma’s. Katie our highly specialist children’s physiotherapist leads these fun classes for all abilities. The class also includes supporting exercises on our Physiapp for you and your baby to enjoy at any time.
Our classes are physiotherapist designed and led. Our team are very experienced and have worked very hard to create programmes suitable for all abilities. As long as you have a stable medical history and fill out our online health questionnaire, we can work with you to make your exercise experience as safe as possible. There is an inherent risk to all exercise activity, however we risk assess very thoroughly and treat everyone as an individual in the class which reduces risks. All our team are first aid trained and very attentive.
It’s normal to be worried about trying a new activity. Our classes are low impact and you can work at your own pace. Our physiotherapists are friendly and approachable and will support you before and during the classes. our classes are designed to be enjoyable and will give everyone a well needed dopamine boost. We also take an in-depth medical history so we have a good understanding of your exercise level.
Comfortable clothes with closed toe shoes.
A water bottle and an exercise mat. For our baby class, bring comforters, soothers, carriers and any of the other baby bits and bobs that make like easier. Please do NOT bring nuts into the class or any toys containing button batteries.
Yes baby changing is available in all our class venues.
Yes in all our class venues there is easy parking, but we do recommend arriving early to make sure you have time to find a space.
Yes all our sites are accessible and have disabled parking.
Yes absolutely. We will discuss your needs before the class and make the most appropriate arrangements.
Due to the in-depth nature of our class onboarding process to meet the high standards of the physiotherapy profession and the admin time this takes, we are unable to offer a full refund. However if you attend the first class of the term and we are not the class for you, we can refund you 90% of the programme fee. This will be refunded via stripe and can take 10 working days. You will not receive home exercises if you leave the programme.
We are unable to offer make up sessions, but you will receive a home exercise programme on our app and a printable version for all classes. We always take extenuating circumstance into account, so if anything unforeseen happens during the term that stops you from attending, please make us aware. We can not give a refund after the first class, however we can offer credit towards our adult, child and baby services and will work with you for the best resolution.

Fit & thriving and Barre and Baby are ran at the Marcham centre. Then select your physio (the class is next to their name). Then navigate to the start date of your class.
