At Heritage Physiotherapy & Co we deliver exceptional rehabilitation services to you. Our domiciliary visits offer in depth assessment and treatment for an extensive variety of conditions such as supported discharge from hospital, post operative care, falls prevention, home adaptation advice and independent living enablement. We are passionate about working with you in familiar surroundings to enable functional independence and a fulfilled, confident and happy homelife. We travel to our patients’ homes, respite facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement homes, residential and nursing homes. We mostly serve the residents of south Oxfordshire; however, we are always happy to discuss referrals from surrounding counties.
The ‘Co’ in our title stands for Community. Our founder, Nikki, has a passion for community ran education and exercise programmes. Nikki has helped deliver exercise and education classes across the country which have proven incredibly successful, including the acclaimed ESCAPE programme which enables people with arthritic pain to live an active life. We are currently working behind the scenes to bring effective, insightful, and enjoyable classes to your local area. We will update our website with more information in the coming weeks.
We are extremely conscientious and if we are unable to help you, we will make sure there is a stringent plan moving forwards and referrals made to services to best suit your needs.
Hi, my name is Nikki and I am the enthusiastic founder of Heritage Physiotherapy & Co. I became a physiotherapist after being inspired from my personal experience. In my late teens I was walking on the pavement near my family home when I suddenly became the victim of a serious hit and run car accident. I will be forever grateful for the exceptional rehabilitation I received following extensive foot and ankle injuries and the inspiring physiotherapists that worked tirelessly to get me back to my best. I will also never forget the feeling of empowerment that comes from overcoming huge challenges and mental trauma.
I am very proud to be able to give back as a physiotherapist and I am very grateful to have received excellent training both in the NHS and privately. Today I am a highly experienced physiotherapist. I adore my job and my favourite part of my career is the variety. I love that every day is different and every patient is unique with their own story to tell. I am very excited for the future of Heritage Physiotherapy & Co and look forward to welcoming into our community.
