What are Buggy Boot Camps?

We would say Both! The Mamma Cubs 5 week Programme is a highly personalised, small group exercise programme including 2 1:1 physiotherapy sessions. If you are looking to address an existing issue, such as neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain or knee pain, this class is perfect for you. The programme also includes a presentation from Caroline, our pelvic health physiotherapist, as well as consistent support from Nikki, our musculoskeletal specialist. There is also a private Nanny in the Mamma cubs classes to help you and your little one get the most out of your session. Importantly, the Mamma Cubs programme is supported by an industry-leading app (Physitrack) which holds a personalised exercise programme for all Mamma Cubs attendees to access for one year. By completing this programme, you will feel ready to challenge yourself. Buggy Boot camps are a fun and challenging outdoor work out that combines the functional fitness elements of the Mamma Cubs programme, with fresh air and a chance to keep meeting your Mamma Cubs friends!
