We are looking to grow this event, with more stall holders (free of charge), and eventers for 2027. Please do get in touch if you are interested or have any questions about this.

Are you looking to start the new year with a fresh focus on your health and happiness? Join us at the Wellbeing Fair hosted at the Millets Farm Lakeview Suite on Sunday 11th of January. This event is FREE and consists of exercise sessions and interactive workshops for all the family. This day is brought to you by Millets Farm Centre, Frilford in Oxfordshire – Millets Farm Centre Conference Centre – Millets Farm Centre and Heritage Physiotherapy & Co – Based in Oxfordshire, part of the health and wellbeing area at Millets Farm Wellness @ Millets – Millets Farm Centre.

What to Expect from the Wellness Fair
Are you curious about exercise and wellbeing? The Wellness fair is your gateway to a healthier lifestyle in 2026 with numerous free exercise taster sessions and expert talks throughout the day. This is FREE event for all ages and abilities.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere filled with:
• Physiotherapist led Interactive exercise classes for all abilities and ages
• Inspiring wellness talks and interactive workshops with local health and wellbeing experts who are looking forward to welcoming you and discussing their area of expertise.
Exercise Sessions
Join us for fun and interactive exercise sessions. Please note, these sessions have themes and have been designed to be for ALL levels of exercise ability. Please see class description. To book into an exercise class you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire. All Information is confidential. These classes are ran by highly experienced physiotherapists. The exercise component of all sessions is 30 minutes with time to ask questions.

Running for all

It’s an early start but worth it! Led by Nikki, founder of Heritage Physiotherapy & Co this fun and engaging exercise session is for all running abilities and confidence levels. This session focuses on building a good foundation of strength for key muscle groups whilst improving balance and core stability. Suitable for all ages. Some exercises will be on the floor so please bring a mat.

Mamma Cubs

This Mamma Cubs taster session is for new mums and expectant mothers. This session offers a sneak peak into our unique Mamma Cubs programme held at Sprouts play barn during term time and Edmonds pavilion in Didcot. Meet Nikki, Anna, Katie and Lucy, the Mamma Cubs team and enjoy safe, effective pre and post natal exercise whilst meeting like minded mamma’s. Please bring a mat for you and a play mat for your little one.

Baby Mile Stones

Join Katie our highly experienced children’s specialist physiotherapist in an interactive talk all about mile stones from newborn to age 5. This sessions includes exercises to help your baby’s physical developments and a chance for parents to find out more about our popular developmental checks.

Mamma Cubs Barre with Baby class

Stay with Katie to enjoy a preview of our new Barre classes for all the family. Barre uses the principals of ballet to improve posture and strength. This is a sneak peak of classes that will be starting in January 2026 and a great opportunity to try this fun class.

Pilates for all

Join our physiotherapist Trinia for a clinical Pilates class for all ages and abilities. Learn how clinical pilates ran by experienced physiotherapists is different from other classes and gain confidence in key Pilates poses that will help with core stabiity, mobility and power.

Escape Pain

Escape Pain and Thrive with our Physio led exercise class, for all abilities. This class is for adults looking to get stronger and move better. It is also specially designed to help those who are suffering from osteoarthritis. There are no floor-based exercises in this class and the exercises are perfect for those with lower levels of exercise confidence as well as those wishing to challenge themselves. Exercising with an expert physiotherapist makes this class safe and effective for all stable health conditions and Millie our friendly physiotherapist is always at hand to make sure the exercises are comfortable and effective.

Ski fun

Are you hitting the slopes in 2026? Would you like to ski or snowboard but are nervous about fitness levels and risk of injury. Join Nikki for a class aimed at all the family to mobilise and strengthen key body area’s vital to enjoy time on the slopes.
