New to Heritage Physiotherapy & Co Physio fit & Thriving classes are designed for anyone looking to get stronger and move better. Perfect for all abilities and those with existing medical conditions* our highly experienced physiotherapist Millie delivers a fun and effective class tailored to your needs.

What does the class involve?
Our weekly classes focus on mobility, strength, gentle cardiovascular fitness and function related movements to improve daily living and confidence. Our Physio fit and Thriving classes involve a warm up, fun and effective exercises including resistance exercises.
Who can attend the classes?
This class is perfect for anyone who would like to move more easily, perhaps you have joint pain due to arthritis or have a stable medical condition that makes exercising in conventional gym settings unnerving? Perhaps you prefer small group exercise in a non-intimidating environment. If so, Physio-Fit and thriving classes are the perfect class for you.
What is included In the class?
All classes are led by a highly experienced physiotherapist who will make sure the exercises are safe and effective for you, rather than a generic large exercise class.
We will send you supporting exercises on our Physiapp or on PDF files to continue getting stronger and moving better at home.

*Medical conditions must be stable to exercise in a class setting. All participants must fill out a health questionnaire before attending the class and our physiotherapist will chat with you about your general health on your first class. If you have unstable medical conditions we recommend booking a 1:1 physiotherapy appointment with Millie (see booking system) who offers safe and effective 1:1 sessions in clinic and in the comfort of your own home.
